1./ log in to the site www.goforithk.com/wp/wp-admin
2./Write a short note about yourself.
3./ Post a photo or portrait of yourself.
4./ Click the " + " next to "categories" on the right hand column then tick "Authors".
5./ Click the "Publish" Button.
